Construction strategy:

Work on the first part of the project, the 115,000 squared meters in area, has been split into two phases. The first phase which include apart from the beach area, 10 islands of the one-floor chalets, 4 islands of the duplex chalets and two seven-story buildings. The second phase includes all the remaining structures.

Project progress up to 1/1/2006:

• The construction of 50 single floor chalets in the first area with outside and inside plastering and roof tiles completely finished.
• The construction of 40 duplexes in the second area with outside and inside plastering and roof tiles completely finished.
• The construction of 72 chalets in the two seven-story buildings awaiting plastering.
• 70% completion of all underground services such
  as foul water and rainwater drainage systems.
• 85% completion of all the roads network.
• 45% completion of landscaping and gardens
